GE DS200FCGDH1B Control card

The GE DS200FCGDH1B control card is a gated distribution and status card manufactured and designed by GE and is part of the Mark VI family used in GE Speedtronic control systems. The card is mainly used for 6 pulse phase control of non-reversing bridge interface system, with the following characteristics:

Easy to install: The card can be installed in many GE branded drives and is installed as an interface system for six-pulse, phase-controlled irreversible Bridges.

Versatile: The card can receive the multiplexed unit status signal from each leg, and decode and de-assign the unit gate signal from each leg. In addition, it receives the bridge feedback signal, scales it, and then transmits voltage, frequency, and current status data back to the DSPC board.

Data processing: The card collects a large amount of data from the driver's integrated DSPC, and the signals received by the circuit board are converted into cell-gated signals.

Diagnosis and feedback: The card can receive SCR ignition data from DS200DSPC (DSPC, VME processor) chip, transmit feedback and diagnostic data. Feedback signals are also received and scaled by the FCGD board and include frequency, voltage, and board status information.

Integrated Indicators: Integrated IMOK LED status indicators provide the user with basic system status.
