GE Fanuc's IC693ALG392C is an analog current output module for modulation control of instruments or devices, such as variable frequency drivers (VFDS), control valves, positioners, converters and other similar modulation devices. It retransmits analog data to receiving components such as loggers, data loggers, and other compatible receiving devices.
The module is an analog output module that typically has 8 single-ended output channels that can be selected with voltage output and/or current loop output depending on the user's installation. Each channel can be configured to generate unipolar, bipolar, 0 to 20 mA, or 4 to 20 mA output signals. Each channel is capable of translating 15 to 16 bits, depending on the range of user preferences. All eight channels are updated every 8ms.
In addition, the module is factory-calibrated, including 0.625µA at 0 to 20mA and output calibration at 4 to 20mA. Users can configure and calibrate as needed to meet specific application requirements.
